Data Deletion

You can request removal of information held by Founder Stack and The Open Letter Link DM, managed by Flint Consulting.

Updated 28 October 2026

How to request deletion

Email renier@theopenletter.io with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us whether the request concerns an Advisor conversation, a submitted form, an account, or an Instagram keyword-reply interaction.

For Instagram, include your Instagram username, the keyword you sent and the approximate date of the comment, DM or story reply. Include the post or reel link if relevant. For an Advisor conversation or form, include the approximate date and the contact details you used. Share only enough information for us to locate the relevant records; never send your password, access token or identity documents.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm control of the relevant account before removing records. We will respond to your request and explain what was deleted or whether any information must be retained for a legitimate operational or legal reason.

For Instagram, the records we can remove include stored matched comment or DM text, usernames and Instagram-scoped sender identifiers, comment and message identifiers, post or story identifiers, reply and link snapshots, and delivery history associated with the interaction. Any pending reply associated with a deleted delivery record is removed from our queue. A request already being sent may still complete.

Deleting a delivery record does not prevent a future matching comment or DM from creating a new request while an automation is enabled. To stop interacting with the automation, do not send its keyword again.

Instagram and other services

Removing our records does not delete your original Instagram comment, a private reply already delivered, a public acknowledgement already posted, or information held independently by Meta or another service. Manage your comments and messages in Instagram and use Meta's own privacy controls for data held by Meta.

The owner of the connected Instagram account can also revoke this app's access through Instagram's Apps and websites settings. Revoking access stops future API access but does not by itself remove previously stored application records; email us to request their deletion.
